Online

Stop Payments can be made 24/7 within QNB Online Banking. Simply fill out the form found on the "Stop Payment" page under the "Services" tab in QNB Online Banking1.

In-Person

Visit any QNB Branch during operating hours to request a Stop Payment.

By Phone

Stop Payments can be done by phone by calling our Customer Service Center during business hours. Call 215-538-5605 or 800-891-9070  to make a Stop Payment by phone.   

Stop Payments made by phone will require the requestor to complete an electronically signed consent.
